We’re gearing up for staff appreciation week next month—it’s a great chance to show all the teachers, administrators, and staff at Cooper how much we value them. At the elementary schools, you were probably used to a week of coordinated giving on every single day to make sure no one got left out.
HERE’S HOW WE DO THINGS AT COOPER:
It’s a one-and-done contribution. We ask you for only ONE donation: a gift card.
This streamlined approach helps cover everyone and is easier (we hope) than asking parents to thank each of their children’s seven teachers and all the administrators and staff who keep the trains running on time.
***WE ONLY NEED 11 MORE CARDS in $25 denomination from local grocery stores, Walmart, Target, or Amazon.
Here’s how to contribute:
1. Send Ann Malekzadeh (email@example.com) a PayPal money donation and we will purchase the gift card for you.
2. Send a $25 gift card from a local grocery store, Walmart, Target, or Amazon to the school office where there will be a collection box (office staff will assist).
3. Email Tracey Mahr (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make arrangements to drop off at her house in Great Falls.
If you are feeling extra generous, please purchase multiple $25 gift cards, but please do not purchase one card in a larger denomination as we would like for each person to receive the same value card. If we collect more than needed, we save them for the Winter luncheon in December, so we don’t have to ask for extra donations at that time. Thank you in advance for helping us make our Cooper staff and teachers feel special!
NOTE: Please purchase your cards by May 1.
